We are open & very busy!

So today (10/4/17) is our first day of trading as Wareham Cycleworks Ltd. We are here and open as we would normally be. However as its our first few days of trading and it's easter half term and sunny we are getting very busy especially in the workshop. Our lead time for booking in workshop jobs is currently around 10 days. We know that is too long and we are working on getting it shorter and we have all been working 7 days a week to get the shop open and trading as ourselves but the timing just didn't work out and the sunshine hit before we were ready. We hope to get the lead time down asap and by the time half term is over we hope to be back down to a day or two. PLEASE NOTE: We are talking about booked workshop jobs, we will always find time for a puncture repair or quick tweak on your gears or brakes but please bear with us if we tell you that it needs booking in and we can't do it there and then - we have to give priority to our booked jobs and the customers that have already been waiting a week or so.
