Statement Regarding Coronavirus

During this latest lockdown we will again be open during our regular hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

We are asking that people respect the protocols we have in place for safe working in our shop which are:

  • Please ring the bell and wait for us to open the door for you, where possible we will still serve you outside and bring the card machine out to you whilst maintaining 2m distance so please step back from the door to allow us to exit the shop to put the card machine on the window sill for you to use.

  • If you do have to enter the store please wait to be invited in so we can maintain one customer/bubble at a time in the shop and please use the provided hand sanitiser, gloves and face coverings and minimise contact with our stock.

  • Please use contactless payment methods where possible – we are more than happy to provide our bank details for bank transfers, or we accept contactless card payments up to £45 and Apple/Android payments.

  • We are happy to provide no contact kerbside pick up/drop off in the parking bay outside the shop for workshop jobs or purchases if required - please call us on 01929 556601 or e-mail info@warehamcycleworks.com to arrange.

  • If you are a key worker don’t forget to tell us so we can prioritise you!

  • Our changing room is closed however we will accept returns for exchange on clothing that still has its tags on which we will quarantine before returning to the shop floor.

  • Remember the 2 metre rule.

This is for all of our safety due to the small size of our shop! We are still very busy with servicing and repairs as we are operating with only one mechanic in the workshop, so we can work safely. We have set up a temporary work-stand in our customer bike storage and bike fitting room in order to try and get as much done as possible but unfortunately we are still not at our standard capacity for work. This does mean our current lead time is approximately 3 weeks.
